India once the land of religious and cultural diversity is slowly turning in the land of fragile Religious sentiments. one every nook and corner some of our sentiments are waiting to get hurt. Books, movies, songs, clothes weren’t enough to hurt our religious and cultural sentiments so Indian Muslims have found a new source for getting offended. Yes, you read it right. Pampers’ Diapers is hurting the Religious sentiments of the community and a formal FIR has been lodged by islamic group Darsgah Jihad-o-Shahadat at Dabeerpura Police Station, Hyderabad.
It is alleged that the whiskers of the feline cartoon on the pamper diapers looks like the Arabic/Urdu spelling of Mohammed. Mohammed is the most revered person of Islam and considered a holy to the followers of Islam. Darsgah Jihad-o-Shahadat has requested every Muslim to bycott the product till they remove the Cat from the diaper and issue an apology.
Procter and Gamble has issued the statement that the Cat on the diaper is innocent animation and has no connection and intention to hurt religious feelings of any community. Honestly to ordinary people the Cat looks only like cat and not like any Arabic word.
